Exercises

Doing the right exercises for your injury or condition is critical in your recovery. After a thorough evaluation by your therapist, a treatment plan or plan of action to most effectively treat your problem will be discussed with you. This will typically include a personalized exercise program specifically designed for you. In your future visits, your response to therapy will be monitored by your physical therapist and your exercise program will be modified if needed. Our goal is for you to be independent with your home exercises. We do not work with aides or athletic trainers. As you get better your exercise program will be updated and progressed. You will work towards getting back to the activities you love or need to do.
