Location

Active Solutions Physical Therapy is located in Suite 8 of the South Boulder Professional Center. This is the red brick building on the southwest corner of the Broadway Street and Darley Avenue intersection, two blocks south of Table Mesa Drive. For your convenience, park on the east side of the building, which faces Broadway. Enter through the Broadway entrance, take the steps down, and we are the first door on your left. There is a chairlift that goes up and down the stairs if you need assistance. Just mention this when you make your appointment, and we will be happy to assist you!
